Where is the operation actually located?
The entire operation is 100% on-site at our own office in Cúcuta, Norte de Santander. We do not use large-scale home offices or subcontractors.
Are you a new BPO? Do you have real experience?
Yes, we are new as a brand (founded in 2025), but the founding team has years of experience managing operations and agents for airlines and banks in Colombia, the US, and Europe.
Do you work remotely only or also in person?
Smart hybrid model: sensitive processes (fraud, collection, regulations) are 100% in person; standard CX can be mixed or remote depending on customer needs.
Do you accept small pilots or only large contracts?
We prefer to start with low-risk paid pilots (20-60 agents) precisely to demonstrate results before scaling up.
How long does the selection process take?
7-10 days maximum: application → English test → virtual interview → job offer. If you pass, you start in 2 weeks with paid training.
Do I need to have perfect English to apply?
Not perfect, but functional (level B2 or higher). If you have a high B1 level and want to improve, we will train you for free and pay for your TOEFL certification.
